All coaches are current college coaches and players.

We live by our motto. Resilience is the ability to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions. Life, like baseball, will do what it can to push you to your limits. We use baseball as a platform to help players understand failure, how to adapt to change, and how to plant their roots to keep pushing forward.

Next Level Baseball N.C. has one goal: find the right fit for each player to pursue their dreams at the college level. The days of the trophies are over and we want each player to understand who they are and what their future holds. Next Level Baseball N.C. is comprised of a coaching staff with collegiate and professional experience- giving your player the best chance to play college baseball.
